Dr. Iain H. Massie has a PhD, BSc (Dual Hons.), PGCE, Dip, Certified Professional Photographer and DBS for child protection purposes with an ongoing subscription in the U.K. government database. He heads the U.K & Europe markets and is the companies lead group expeditions tour leader. He is very well traveled and has done wildlife photography in most parts of the world.
Mr. Festus Munyithya is a 56-year-old Kenyan who has seen his entire post college life in the Hospitality Industry. After graduating as a Hotelier, he immediately started working in the hotel industry by joining the global hotel chain – Holiday Inn. While at Holiday Inn he was assigned to handle group arrivals especially from the larger Europe. His main weekly groups were from Kuoni (UK) , Pollmans (Germany) & Kobo Safaris (Spain) which he handled successfully for many years.
While still at the Holiday Inn, he travelled widely, staying in other Holiday Inn properties worldwide. It is during this period that he got in love with tours and travel industry. Together with his wife (a travel consultant & who by then was working at the Ethiopian Airlines) opened a tour company in the early 2000. They specialized in ticketing, conferencing, inbound and outbound safaris.
During this period Festus was able to successfully handle big outbound corporate and regular tour groups (as a tour leader) to Thailand, China, UAE, Egypt and other destinations. He also has wealth of experience in managing the local East African tourism sector.
Being a hospitality enthusiast, he managed to travel widely to China, Hong Kong, South Africa, Zambia, Dubai, Bangkok, Cairo, Ethiopia, Uganda, Tanzania among other destinations. During these travels he got very reliable contacts with key players in the tours & travel industry. It is these contacts (Companies), which help him manage outbound groups easily because of their reliability and honesty as ground handlers.
